Ticket Conditions

IMPORTANT: Please PRINT your ticket and bring your ticket to the festival entrance. Each attendee MUST have their own ticket and their name MUST appear on the ticket. We strongly discourage transferring E-tickets. If you must transfer your ticket please email .

No Children

The Brainforest is an 18+ event. Photo ID will be required on the gate.

No Vehicle Access

Vehicles are not permitted in the camping area. You will be required to park your vehicle outside of the camping area. This means you must carry your camping gear to your campsite which will be a short walk from the car park. Please keep this in mind when packing heavy items. This also means no quads or mini bikes.

This is a condition of our site permit but it also makes the festival safer and gives you more space in the camping areas.

No Caravans or RVs

Due to the limited capacity and location of our beautiful site unfortunately we will NOT be able to accommodate Caravans, RVs or trailers. Small camper vans will be allowed but they will need to be left in the car park. There is plenty of space within the camping area.

No Pets

Dogs and other pets are not allowed on site. Dogs especially can be dangerous to native wildlife and our patrons.

No Fires

Fires will not be allowed. Cookers may be allowed but this will be dependant on fire restrictions or lack thereof at the time of the event.

No Glass

Glass will not be allowed. Please do not bring it because if it breaks it can be dangerous to our patrons.

Alcohol

You may bring alcohol to the festival but we request that you consume it responsibly. Overly drunken behaviour will not be tolerated and is a danger to yourself and others. Please bring your alcohol in plastic or aluminium containers; please no glass.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the safety of yourself and others. Reckless or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

Please follow this safety advice:

  • Stay close to your mates and never wander alone
  • Eat regularly and drink lots of water, especially if it's hot
  • Know where the info tent is; it is your primary point of call in an emergency or if you just need a little help
  • Don't wander too far from the festival area, especially at night. If you do, don't go alone, bring water and make sure to let your friends know
